Are the cleaning products safe for my child?
Absolutely. As a pediatric RN and Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, your child’s safety is a top priority. I use low/non-toxic, baby-friendly cleaning solutions such as Dr. Bronner’s soap and free & clear detergent. All cleanings follow manufacturer guidelines for washing and drying each piece of gear. If you have a specific detergent or soap you would like used for your cleaning, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

What is your service area and are there extra fees?
I happily serve Indianapolis and surrounding suburbs. If you live outside the standard pickup zone (15 miles from cleaners home which is near 96th & Allisonville Road), there will be an additional travel fee or we can discuss a meet-up option. I’ll let you know up front.

Will you remove all stains and odors?
I work hard to remove visible stains and reduce odors significantly, using specialized treatment methods. However, some very old, deeply set stains or ingrained odors may not vanish completely. I’ll always be transparent about what to expect.
